How we can support
Transfer of ownership
Accredited RHI boilers can be transferred to new ownership. This means you can buy second hand boilers and relocate them to your site, granted you are eligible under the same rules as new systems.
Changes to your system
Updating your RHI application is necessary when you make significant changes to your renewable heating system. This includes changing pipework, or heat uses, or adding other boilers. Our experts ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with the changes you’ve made.
Replacing your boiler
You can replace your existing boiler with a newer, more efficient one and continue to receive your RHI tariff. We can help ensure your heating system remains compliant, which will allow you to enjoy the benefits of the RHI scheme even after upgrading your heating system.
Meter recalibration
Maintaining accurate measurements is essential within the RHI scheme. As a participant, you are required to ensure that your heat meters are calibrated every ten years to maintain the integrity of the data used to calculate your RHI payments.
RHI data submissions
RHI participants are required to take and submit regular meter readings to Ofgem as they determine how much you will get paid through the scheme. Any incorrect data submissions can result in withheld RHI payments or unsuspected compliance action being taken.
We can help by gathering the information and submitting this to Ofgem on your behalf to ensure you meet your requirements and get paid as expected.
Periodic audits RHI HealthCheck
Over the life of the scheme you can expect to be audited at least twice by the regulator, Ofgem. Our RHI HealthCheck prepares you for a smooth audit by identifying any potential areas of concern so they can be addressed to avoid interruptions and non-compliance investigations.
We can also support RHI participants respond to Ofgem queries or non-compliances following audits.
