The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) is delivering support to those impacted by increasing energy costs. As part of this, BEIS is conducting research with organisations that are responsible for non-domestic buildings such as business, agriculture, schools, charities and not-for-profit organisations, which are not connected to the mains gas grid and use alternative fuels, such as heating oil. This research is aiming to provide information from users to help shape the design of the support scheme.

Your response will allow BEIS to ensure that this support meets the needs of those it is intended for.

You will need to have some knowledge about your building's fuel usage to complete the survey. The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete, and will help the Government to design the way energy support schemes are provisioned.
