Updates on permitting and ongoing compliance
If your plant exceeds 1 MWth input and was commissioned after the 20 December 2018, it requires an Environmental Permit from the Environment Agency under the Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD). Further RHI degression for large ground source heat pumps
