Capacity Market – payments suspended by the EU
A ruling made today by the General Court of the European Union today (15 November 2018) has resulted in payments to generators being stopped with immediate effect. Information available so far suggests that this is more likely to be a ‘pause’ rather than the end of the Capacity Market and a Thursday, 08 November 2018
