Turkish growers go the extra mile
In southwest Turkey, temperatures have dropped to unusual lows of minus 2°C and that’s been causing headaches for greenhouse growers in the region. RHI will stay unchanged for another year
Installers hoping to receive the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) for their new biomass, or other qualifying installations, will be comforted by a new announcement made by DECC on the medium term future of RHI. Renewable energy has an increasing fundamental role
An article in the FarmingUK newsletter about the proportion of energy supply that comes from renewable generation is pretty revealing. For the first time, renewable energy has provided more electricity generation than coal and nuclear. In fact over 25% of UK electricity came from renewable sources
